• Calendar

  • Availability- verify the availability of others in your organization before scheduling important events or meetings.
  • Shared Calendars - Create calendars shared amongst a specific group of people in your organization, e.g. departmental calendars or executive calendars.
  • Delegation - Permit an assistant or a partner to view or modify your calendar.

• Groups

  • Allow external users to send to a group of your employees using one email address. A copy of the message is delivered to each individual inbox, but the sender only has to send the email to 1 email address.
  • Groups may include email addresses from outside of your organization as well.

• Mobile Synchronization

  • With Microsoft Active-Sync all or your mobile devices are kept completely in sync with your corporate email account.
  • Email, contacts, calendar appointments, tasks, all automatically synchronized between all of your devices, including your desktop computer of course.

• Shared Mailboxes

  • Allow multiple users to access a single mailbox, while still having access to their own mailbox. Often useful for support requests

• Resource accounts

  • Create accounts for resources such as projectors and meeting rooms. Simply invite the resource to your meeting - as long as the resource hasn't been invited to another meeting, you're good to go!
  • Booking of resources can also be contingent upon an approval of the booking by the appropriate resource manager.

• Server side copy

  • If your hard drive dies on your computer or you lose your phone - you still will have all of your email, contacts , calendar appointments and tasks! How, you ask? Everything is stored on the server and then synchronized with your devices. Simply connect your new device, setup your account and all of your data will be downloaded!

  • Create tasks for yourself or assign tasks to others in your organization

• Inbox Rules

  • Create rules for automatically managing your email as it comes in. Move emails from specific people or with certain key words to a specific folder.
  • Auto reply to messages with specific properties.
  • Out of Office - If you're going on vacation, on training or will be out of the office for any other reason, turn on this feature to auto-respond with a custom message, like when you'll be back or who to contact in your absence.

• Messaging Records Management

  • Set organization wide retention minimums and/or limits for certain types of messages (or all messages).
  • Allow employees to classify messages and ensure compliance with industry or legal regulations
  • Search through and view deleted messages
  • Temporarily disallow certain accounts from deleting messages (i.e. during litigation) or deletion of certain messages
  • Prevent the sending of messages with specific keywords outside the organization to protect IP

  • Include disclaimers, signatures, footers or headers in all outgoing email from your organization
